• Massage packages are non-refundable
• Packages may be used with any of our licensed massage therapists. 
• While therapist availability may vary, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality care. 
• Packages may be transferred to a family member or friend if you are unable to use them.
• All packages and gift certificates must be used within 12 months of purchase.
